Mr. Prem Baboo Singh Yadav is the Founder of P B Singh & Associates. He is Fellow Member of ICAI and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986. He has a rich experience of over 3 decades in various facets of the accounting profession, specifically Audit of PSUs & Bank and Taxation . He has vast experience in trust/NGO related compliance and matters He is also the Peer Reviewer under the empanelment of ICAI.

Vikas Kumar Yadav

Qualification : FCA, DISA, FAFD, Certificate of Concurrent Audit of Bank

Mr. Vikas Kumar Yadav is fellow member of ICAI and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007. He has a rich experience of over 15 year in field of Internal Audit, statutory Audit, Banks Audit, direct and Indirect Tax matters, GST Advisory. He is DISA qualified and hold certificate in Forensic accounting and Fraud detection and concurrent audit of Banks issued by ICAI. He is Ex- Banker where he has developed knowledge in the area of fund arrangement Formalities. He is also well verse in Internal Audit and Implementation of System and Process.

Subodh Kumar Yadav

Mr. Subodh Kumar is Fellow member of ICAI and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013. He has a rich experience of over 10 year in field of Internal Audit, Corporate Finance & GST. He has previously worked with Large Beverage company in field of Internal Audit, Implementation of SOPs and Controls in their Pan India Plants where he has developed strong knowledge in the area of business risk advisory over the years. He is also having experience in the corporate Finance Field where he has worked for Private Equity and Fund Arrangement for company and dealing with PSU and Private bank.

Monika Gupta

Qualification : ACA, ACS

Ms. Monika Gupta is Associate member of ICAI and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008. She is also qualified company Secretary and member of ICSI. She has a rich experience of over 14 year in field of statutory Audit, Corporate Governance and companies Law consulting. She has well versed knowledge of Companies Formation, ROC compliances and other companies Law related Advisory.

Ms. Pooja Shrivastava is Associate member of ICAI and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2021. Her competencies are in book keeping management and all compliance matter, providing audit support and preparation of Financial statements, Tax Audit and GST Audit.
